ETHICAL AI IMPLEMENTATION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN NIGERIA: A FRAMEWORK FOR RESPONSIBLE INNOVATION

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Nigeria's education system has the potential to revolutionize the way students learn and teachers teach. This paper explores the benefits and challenges of AI adoption in Nigerian educational institutions, with a focus on personalized learning, teacher effectiveness, and accessibility. The study highlights the importance of ethical AI implementation, including fairness, transparency, privacy, and accountability. It also emphasizes the need for infrastructure development, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of AI in education.
