Ethical standards in school supervision are pivotal for fostering educational institutions that contribute meaningfully to sustainable national development. The role of school supervisors extends beyond administrative duties; it encompasses influencing core values, promoting transparency, and ensuring accountability within educational processes. This paper examines the concept of ethical standards in educational supervision, emphasizing their significance in enhancing school effectiveness and their broader implications for national development. Additionally, it identifies common challenges in maintaining ethical supervision and proposes practical strategies to reinforce ethical integrity in school management. Drawing on contemporary research, this study posits that sustainable development is unattainable without ethically sound supervision practices in education.
